多層螺旋CT在肝臟局灶結(jié)節(jié)性增生診斷中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的 提高對肝臟局灶結(jié)節(jié)性增生CT表現(xiàn)的認(rèn)識,探討多層螺旋CT的診斷價值。 材料和方法 對8例經(jīng)多層螺旋CT多期增強(qiáng)掃描并已病理證實(shí)FNH的病例,進(jìn)行影像學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 7例為單發(fā)病灶,1例為2個病灶。CT平掃7個病灶呈低密度,2個為等密度; CT強(qiáng)化特點(diǎn):病灶動脈期快速顯著增強(qiáng)而門靜脈期及延遲掃描為等密度,7個病灶檢出瘢痕;結(jié)論 多層螺旋CT多期增強(qiáng)掃描能夠顯示FNH的增強(qiáng)特征性改變。

The application of MSCT in diagnosis of FNH

【Abstract】Objective To investigate MSCT findings of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia(FNH),so as to improve its diagnostic value. Methods Three-phasic MSCT scans in 8 cases with 9 FNH were reviewed retrospectively,all of lesi as are proven pathologically. Results The lesions were single in 7 cases , double in 1 cases. 7 lesions is hypodensity and 2 lesions is isodensity on plain MSCT. During MSCT enhancement all lesions were markedly and homogeneously enhanced in arterial phase, isodensity in portal and delay plase, 7 lesions finded scar . Conclusion Dynamic contract-emhanced MSCT can show emhanced charcteristic of FNH.
